- You, Your -refer to the Organiser, Attendee or any other visitor
to the whatsonurban.com website.
- Attendee -a person, company or other entity who has registered to
receive event lists via email or other methods, sent by the whatsonurban.com website.
- Organiser -a person, company, its partners, its service providers
or other entities who has/have registered to be able to promote/advertise events
on whatsonurban.com website or is/are directly/indirectly involved in posting of
events/other information to whatsonurban.com website.
- We, Us, whatsonurban.com, what’s on urban -refer to this website (whatsonurban.com).
- Using this website/Use of this website -means visiting, browsing
the whatsonurban.com website or posting, promoting, buying, editing information
on this website.
All users have read, agree and fully accept all of the Terms &
Conditions listed here. Although we endeavour to keep our systems secure and in
order, You agree that we are not responsible for loss/theft or misuse of data, data
corruptions - by hacking, by system failure(s) or any other method - lost or deleted
data/information, or infection by or transfer of viruses, Trojans, worms or other
code or software. You understand that we delete data on our systems from time-to-time,
and that you will not have access to this deleted data. Deletion of data does
not entitle You to any services, compensation, fees or refund. You must be over
18 years of age and agree to the following:
- Not to use this site to upload, post or send any abusive content that is threatening,
racist, sexist or adult-rated text or pictures/video on this website.
- Not to use this website for fraudulent or criminal purposes, or for any illegal
activities.

- That You (and only You) are fully responsible for costs and any legal actions against

for specific Events that You have posted on whatsonurban.com.
- That no refunds are available. You agree that any fees paid are for posting
of information on whatsonurban.com; and cancellation, removal or deletion of that
information will not entitle You to any compensation, fees or refund.
- That whatsonurban.com do not offer any guarantees as to the level of success and/or
satisfaction you may or may not achieve, or the effectiveness of this website or
its services in achieving results.
- That the content available on whatsonurban.com is not controlled or moderated by
Us. You may be exposed to obscene, sexist, adult rated or offensive content.
- That we do not screen our members, Attendees, Promoters or other visitors.
- That We are not responsible for any errors, omissions, inaccuracies, software bugs,
system malfunctions or crashes, or website unavailability.
- That the services of whatsonurban.com may be discontinued at any time. Your
account profile, services and/or events may be removed or terminated at any time
and/or We may remove or terminate Your account and/or profile at any time without
providing any reason. You will not be entitled to any compensation or any other
fees.
- That geographical searches or location based searches are approximate, and may include
locations which may not be of interest to you.
- To follow all guidelines and instructions which are listed on data entry forms (pages)
and also within Help files which can be displayed by clicking on Help links shown
on the data entry forms.
- That while entering any data or text on forms or pages, on whatsonurban.com, no
HTML, JavaScript or other programming code is allowed, and some characters from
the data or text which you have entered, may be removed, changed or replaced.
- That we may revise or change these Terms & Conditions at any time.
- That if any term(s) is held to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, it shall not
affect the enforceability of any of the remaining terms.
Promoters: By posting events on whatsonurban.com You are giving
Us Your permission to advertise Your event(s) and/or content, using any means or
methods available to Us. You also give us permission to use your information/content
for the purposes of promoting or advertising whatsonurban.com and agree:
- That events which you post on this website are actual events, and each event posted
has a specific start date and end date and a specific location where the event will
be held.
- That each occurrence is counted as a separate event.
- Not to post/upload anything other than information directly related to the event.
- That You are fully responsible for managing the events which you have posted.
You are responsible for collection of any funds, issuing re-funds, insurance, compliance,
and safety of the Attendees and/or other attendees.
- To resolve any disputes directly (and without involving Us) with the Attendee(s).
- To provide contact information, when posting events on this website.
- That Attendees are free to rate your service and events, to provide feedback which
can be read by all other Attendees and/or users of the site, and to complain about
or criticise various aspects of your events. You agree not to hold Us or the
Attendee(s) or users responsible for any consequences or damages caused by rating,
feedback or criticism.
- That events must be posted at least 7 days prior to the event start date, and event
duration cannot exceed 30 days. We do not guarantee the accuracy of the email
distribution systems and/or service. We make no commitments as to how many
Attendees will see Your event listing(s) or details.
- That once an event has been posted, its dates cannot be changed or edited.
Within the 7 days prior to the event start date, no changes can be made to the event
posting and details. You can cancel the event. Information on an event
listing is sent out to Attendees only when the event start date is within the next
28 days (within the 28 days prior to the event start date).
- That once an event has been cancelled, it cannot be re-activated however, You can
post a new event.
- That the Event URL Link or any other internet link which you may enter on whatsonurban.com,
point to the actual event page, and not to another page or another website.
- That if You fail to enter full information about your event and/or do not provide
full and valid response to data fields on the forms, you event and/or other data
may be deleted. You accept that if You do not provide Cost per Person information,
your event may be marked as 'FREE event' i.e. no charge for attending the event.
Attendees: agree not to allow anyone else access to the emails
that we send to you. You agree that your account is for your personal use
ONLY and that you will not share any information with any other person. Only
one account is allowed for each Attendee and you agree:
- To receive emails from us, showing event(s) and other information.
- That We provide a service to list events, and email event information to Attendees
or send other forms of alerts to Attendees.
- That We do not manage Promoters or their events.
- To resolve any/all disputes, problems, issues directly with the Promoter.
- That We are not responsible for the accuracy or timeliness of the information, the
quality of the services provided by the Promoter or changes to the event schedule
or cancellations. Check for changes and/or cancellations with the Promoter.
- That your use of this website and any of its services is entirely at your own risk,
and that whatsonurban.com are not responsible for any consequences or damages.
